Further to our circular dated 16th March, 2010, we are glad to inform you that the DTC authorities have found it possible to renew our contract, for transportation of our school students. Hence please note that there would be no need to make any alternative arrangement for the session starting on 1st April, 2010.

It was certainly a relief to know that the DTC bus service is continuing. Thanks to the School Management and all whose efforts lead to this.
On another note, I want to share the current DTC woes that are faced by the kids and parents for the past few days. The buses are arriving and leaving late after the school time.
Especially MIS-2 has been reaching late by an 1hr for consecutively two day - today and yesterday.
It is a real pain for the kids in such hot afternoon to stand and wait for the bus amidst uncertainity and sweat.
I would really appreciate if the parents representative takes this issue with the school autorities.
DTC BUSES are running late and are late in the mornings too. some political matter has again creeped in between the school mngmt and the school.

it is the school authorities who are requested to pls take up the issue as early as possible.
I was wondering why no results for Class 10 have been posted on the school website.
I think the website needs to be updated more often, and also we need to have a Yahoo groups instead of this blog as here we can only post comments not start a thread.
Please start it someone and spread the word...

Mila, I totally agree. Please start a MIS Parents group on Yahoo Groups so that all parents can start discussion threads. This blog started two years ago when I was the parent's rep. and it may have outlived its utility.

Why is the sudden exit of the Principal Mrs. Rajalakshmi? How can a person of her repute suddenly give her resignation that too wie? I dread to think of what will happen to the Class 12 students this year and the science department! She was a sincere and principled teacher with over 25 years at MIS? We parents are very shocked and wondering what really happened?
